Notes:
- Orders inside Damascus are submitted by contacting directly the headquarter in Damascus.
- Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- Free shipping is calculated on the subtotal after the discount is applied. It’s applied for orders over than $140.
Return policy:
The possibility to return is available only in UAE and Syria, it’s applicable with the following 4 conditions:
- Within 15 days after delivery.
- Applicable to refundable items
- All returns must be in good condition and non-used.
- Return the payment invoice or receipt.
Return method:
Submit a return application within 15 days after delivery in order to be reviewed by website admin.
The administration shall respond by accept or refuse within 2 business days.
The administration shall contact the client to agree on the fees of return or do it for free after discussing the reasons.
In case of accepting, return of item shall be done door- to- door and money shall be refunded according to the following cases:
COD: Refund will be applied upon receipt directly.
Bank transfer: Refund will reach the same bank account within 3- 5 business days.
Bank card or any other kind of online payment cards: Refund will reach the same credit card that was used for payment within 8- 15 business days.
